When it feels like bad things keep finding you, it’s time to look into your energy. Everything on earth has a vibration, including yourself, and your vibrations dictate the highs and lows you experience in life. If you emit low vibrations, you’re more likely to experience dramatic events in your life, or have a continuous case of “bad luck” because as the saying goes, what you put out to the universe comes back full circle.
It’s similar to why miserable people seem to always have something to complain about because their negativity gives out low vibrations which invites negative situations to find them. Fortunately, this can all be switched to positive simply by shifting your energies and that’s what we’re going to teach you how to do today at Awakened Self.
The first step to increasing your vibrations for spiritual healing is to determine if you have low vibrations. Low vibrations can happen at any time; some people are constantly in a negative mindset which gives off low vibrations, but even if you’re the most positive person, life can sometimes get the best of you and bring your vibes down. To determine whether or not raising your vibrations is the solution you need at this time in your life, here are some signs that you need some spiritual healing:
The amazing thing about energy vibrations is that you can change your entire life with very simple remedies. To start manifesting positivity that flows throughout your mind, body and spirit, here are some things you’ll want to implement into your life:
Mess equals stress, so get out the trash bags and start cleaning up your surroundings. Eliminating clutter in your physical world will also eliminate clutter in your spiritual and emotional space. So, keep your spaces open and clean to embrace serenity and good vibes.
Other people’s energy can attach to you. If you surround yourself with toxic people, maintain toxic relationships or find yourself in toxic situations, you are going to have the same energy attach to you and your life. So take a look at your social circle and make the necessary changes to ensure your surroundings reflect the energy shift you’re working towards.
Gratitude is power. When you are able to appreciate the smallest of things, the bad doesn’t seem so horrible. To start practicing gratitude, repeat 10 things you’re thankful for every morning and night. It doesn’t have to be big things and you may not even believe that you’re fully grateful for that situation at this given moment, but stick with it. In time, your brain will naturally begin to appreciate the small, good things, even in the darkest of situations.
For example, your car breaks down but your brain will say, “Hey. It could be worse, and I am grateful I have a car to get around in the first place,’ or “I am grateful I have access to auto shops,” etc.
Every day, take some time to just be in the moment. Perhaps this is through meditation, a mindful walk, 5 minutes of sitting still or whatever you want; just be still. Be there in that moment and appreciate the things that you discover while doing so.
Your body needs water for energy to flow through it. As you’re trying to raise your vibrations, remember to drink plenty of water so you can get rid of the bad vibes and make space for the high energies that will manifest positivity throughout your life.
